Getting started

  1. A4 · print at 100% · conventional oven unless stated otherwise
  2. Read the whole recipe before starting and prepare the ingredients.
  3. Times are approximate: piece size, pans and ovens can change them. Check the described signs of doneness too.
  4. For four servings, double quantities in g and ml; do not automatically double the cooking time. Use suitable pans and check progress.
  5. Check ingredients and labels on bread, dairy and ready-made products against the needs of everyone eating. These recipes are not claimed to be allergen-free.
  6. The text and calculations have been reviewed, but the recipes have not been physically kitchen-tested. They are not weaning menus or therapeutic diets. Examples for scaling from 2 to 4 servings 100 g → 200 g 150 ml → 300 ml 15 ml → 30 ml
