Getting started
- Read or listen. You can stop and ask a question.
- For ages about 5–9. Use a pencil and paper. An adult can read and write down the child’s words. Everything happens in imagination and on the page.
- There is no correct floor plan to reproduce. Page 3 only asks for a recognisable change. In the story, a door separates two spaces to accommodate different wishes.
- Do not ask children to reveal personal secrets. The imaginary place is not an invitation to hide or keep secrets about things that worry them. Space for your ideas
Instructions taken from the resource. Ages are suggestions; adapt to your situation. Internal checks only, without independent trials.
