Getting started

1. Write without turning every idea into a commitment. A row may remain just an idea.
2. For adults. Four working pages and this guide. The sheets separate ideas, decisions and actions, without creating assignments or automatic reminders.
3. Example: idea, move a bookcase; agreed decision, measure the space first; action, record available width and height. The initial suggestion is not an agreed purchase.
4. A review date tells you when to look again, not necessarily when to finish. Record an external deadline separately if one actually exists. Notes for next time
